Knickerbocker Cottages

Knickerbocker Lake Cottages is located on a pristine lake in the Boothbay Region on the coast of Maine, just a five minute walk away from the beautiful Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. Boothbay Harbor is well known as one of the premier boating centers along the New England coast. You may spend your time exploring secluded coves, while hiking twenty-five miles of nature trails maintained by the Boothbay Region Land Trust, browsing among the many little shops in the Harbor, or taking advantage of the numerous scenic cruises or sport fishing trips available. There are many fine restaurants where you can enjoy fresh Maine seafood.

Our four cottages are in a private wooded area on a secluded end of the lake. We have a roomy central grassy area, a sandy beach ideal for swimming, rowboats, and a canoe that you may use for fishing (bass and trout) or exploring other parts of the lake. It's about a one mile walk or ride to the center of Boothbay Harbor.
