The Landing is located next to the historic Kennebunk River on Ocean Avenue, near Dock Square. From the upper deck and our riverside patios you will enjoy a panoramic view of one of Maine's most picturesque harbors. Whether it be a sunny day at the beach or an evening spent at a country playhouse, the Kennebunks have what it takes to be called "Vacationland".

The Landing offers eight comfortable guest rooms with heat, air conditioning, in room telephones, cable television and private baths. Parking is free to all guest room patrons during their stay. The Landing is convenient to area beaches, unique shops, scenic boat rides, whale watch excursions and trolley tours. Take in the sights and sounds of "The Port" from the private balcony area surrounding our guest rooms.
