A few minutes stroll to a beautiful 3-mile beach; a half-block walk to the start of the Marginal Way, an inspirational one-mile path along the rocky coast to the harbor of Perkins Cove; a few foot-steps to fine restaurants, quaint shops and a trolley system operating every few minutes.
