Greenwood Manor is on a quiet country lane with over 100 acres of lawns, gardens and woodlands, perfect for your next romantic getaway. With over thirty lakes in the surrounding Lake Region, the area boasts excellent fishing, boating, and swimming. If you prefer solid ground under your feet, we offer an unlimited number of hiking trails and a selection of fine golf courses to test your skills, as well as many other exciting outdoor recreational activities from which to plan your spring, summer or fall vacation.

Seven uniquely decorated guestrooms and 2 suites offer you views of the surrounding gardens and woodlands.

Greenwood Manor Inn was built in 1870 as a private residence by Philander Tolman who named it "Greenwood Villa". Philander, his wife Laura, and their six children lived in the home for over 50 years. The home passed through several owners before being renovated and converted into a Bed & Breakfast in the late 1980's. The inn operated as the "Tolman House Inn" until the spring of 2000 when it changed ownership and re-opened as Greenwood Manor Inn.

One hundred and eight wonderful acres surrounding the inn are here to explore. Take a leisurely stroll through the perennial gardens, sit along the banks of Bear River, or take a hike up our wooded hillside to view Long Lake. We have various lawn games for your enjoyment or just spend a relaxing evening on our spacious deck or on our hammock under the tree. Canoes are available for guest use at the near-by lakes.
